Certification & Compliance

In addressing the primary concern of security for organizations evaluating cloud-based applications, our SaaS operations adhere to stringent certification, compliance, and security protocols.

Collaborating with AICPA-certified third-party auditors, we ensure alignment with SOC 2 Type II standards and industry benchmarks like ISO 27001. Cambridge Technology’s SaaS services uphold the following crucial certification and compliance standards:

ISO 27001

Cambridge Technology maintains ISO 27001 certification, a globally recognized standard that outlines best practices for information security management. This certification underscores our unwavering commitment to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information within our security-centric SaaS environment.

By adhering to ISO 27001 standards, we ensure that our security practices align with internationally accepted benchmarks, providing customers with added assurance of our dedication to data security.

Penetration Testing

Annually, an external auditor conducts penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in our systems and infrastructure. This proactive approach allows us to address potential security weaknesses before they can be exploited by malicious actors, enhancing the overall resilience of our SaaS platform.

ForcePoint DLP

Integration with ForcePoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions enables us to implement robust data protection measures. This includes monitoring and controlling sensitive data to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, or loss.

By leveraging ForcePoint DLP, we enhance our ability to enforce data security policies and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding our customers’ sensitive information.

Static Code Review

Our commitment to security extends to the codebase of our SaaS applications. By utilizing Snyk for static code review, we proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in our software during the development phase.

This proactive approach enables us to mitigate security risks early in the software development lifecycle, ensuring that our SaaS applications are built with security in mind from the outset.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy/Plan

We have established a comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy/Plan to ensure the resilience and availability of our SaaS services in the face of unforeseen disruptions or disasters.

This plan encompasses measures such as data backups, failover systems, and contingency protocols to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity, thereby providing our customers with peace of mind in the event of any operational disruptions.
